iPhone XS Has A Serious Problem

I am writing this to make you aware of a huge issue with the new iPhone 10s and 10s max.
Iphone xs and xs max seem to have an issue that hopefully is fixable through software, however this issues related the charging, in the problem when you have the phone in asleep when you have the screens off and then plug it in with the included charger it does not charge it will not recognize the lightning jack and therefore will not charge the phone. It is only after you wake the device up that its recognizes the cable is plugged in.

In discussions.apple.com that apple official forum where there are many messages of people experiencing this same issue.

People unable to charge their new smartphone. Some say when the lightning cable is plugged into it and iPhone just sitting on table it will not charge. Other saying that if you tap on the phone and weak it up after the insertion of the lightning cable then it will begin to charge. Other are having an even worse issue which is, not recognize the cable they have the flip it over and even waking the device up with the lightning cable inserted will not create an effective charge.

Till now it appears that apple doesn't really have an official response, in some cases it looks like they have replaced devices but new devices have exhibited the same issue. So there's something with the sleep mode that for some reason is blocking the charge current from coming through or release the battery from receiving the charge.

This is the exact issues that's affecting people because they are just plug it in and going to sleep and waking up and see phone is never charging it entire time. 

This is another issue that happening when plugged in it refuse to wake up sometimes you will effectively get the charge but entire phone is freeze and this would just been some wired stat for a while now.

Is it a software problem? or is it a hardware problem? I think it’s a software problem

If you are owner of one of these devices the new iPhone xs and xs max do this test yourself see if your device is charging in weird way. Hopefully apple find a solution. 

This is in no way condemning the entire devices that's not goal hear, the fact is there people experiencing this issue who spend their money to get these devices in and not behaving in the way that those people expected.
